At Racing Portrait, every item is custom-made with care. Each portrait is individually designed, printed on demand, and carefully packaged to ensure the best possible quality.
Because our products are made to order, shipping timelines may differ from mass-produced items.
1. Processing Time

Digital portrait preview:
Delivered within 24–48 hours after your order is placed and your photo is received. -
Printed products (Canvas):
Production typically takes 24–48 hours business days after artwork approval.
During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Time
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 4–8 business days

Canada & Europe: 2–5 business days

United Kingdom: 2–3 business days

EFTA / Northern Europe: 5–10 business days

Australia: 3–6 business days

Rest of the world: 10–30 business days
Shipping times do not include processing time and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
However, during peak periods, please allow an additional 3 business days for delivery.
3. Order Tracking
Yes — once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear, as the package may be awaiting pickup or processing by the carrier.
4. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

Address changes are possible only before the order is shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
Racing Portrait is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
5. International Shipping
Yes — we offer international shipping to most countries.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Racing Portrait is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or local postal services.
If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, feel free to contact us before placing an order.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Any fees charged by customs upon arrival must be paid by the recipient.

Racing Portrait is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs regulations or changes in international trade policies.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Once confirmed, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
Do not discard the packaging until the issue has been resolved.
All claims are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
