What kind of photo should I upload?

Please upload your best-quality photo, where your face is clear, well-lit, and visible.

The better the photo, the more accurate and realistic your portrait will be.

If there’s an issue with your photo, we’ll contact you before starting.

Can I upload the photo later?

Yes. Many customers order this as a gift.

You can complete your purchase first and upload the photo later.

Can I request changes to my portrait?

Yes — revisions are included.

We’ll send you a digital preview first.

You can request changes until you’re happy, before anything is printed.

Will I see a preview before printing?

Absolutely.

Every portrait is shared digitally for approval before we print any canvas.

Nothing goes to print without your confirmation.

How long does it take to receive my digital portrait?

Your digital portrait preview is delivered within 24–48 hours after we receive your photo.

This timeframe applies to the digital preview only.

Canvas printing and shipping begin after your approval.

How will I receive my digital portrait?

Your portrait will be sent by email for review and approval.

When does printing start?

Printing starts only after you approve your digital portrait.

How long does canvas delivery take?

After approval:

  • Canvas production + shipping: typically 5–12 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

We ship worldwide.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes.

Once your canvas ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Revisions, Returns & Refunds

What if I’m not happy with my portrait?

Your satisfaction is our priority.

  • You’ll receive a preview before printing
  • Revisions are included before approval
  • We don’t print until you’re happy
Do you offer refunds?

Because each portrait is 100% custom-made, we do not offer refunds once work has started or after printing.

That said — if there’s an issue, contact us.

We’re always willing to work with you to make it right.

What if my canvas arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

  • The canvas
  • The packaging

We’ll review the issue and assist you accordingly.
