Refund policy


Overview

All of our products are made to order and printed specifically for each customer. Because of this, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail items.

Please read the sections below carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we will make it right.

What qualifies

  • Product damaged during shipping

  • Print defects or manufacturing errors

  • Incorrect item received

What to do

Resolution

Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund


Returns

Because our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size or variant

  • Minor variations in print placement or color within industry tolerance

Each item is produced uniquely for you and cannot be resold.

Please double-check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item is eligible for a replacement due to a defect or damage, we will reprint it for you at no cost.
For all other cases, a new order would need to be placed.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started.

Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled or modified.


Unsuccessful Deliveries

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we can offer:

  • A reprint (additional cost may apply), or

  • A partial refund excluding production and shipping costs

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days

  • Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund
