Will I see a preview before printing?

How does the portrait generation work?

Can I generate more than one version?

Yes. You can generate multiple portrait variations to explore different designs.

Each new generation creates a completely new portrait and replaces the current preview. If you find a version you love, make sure to Select Portrait and Add to Cart before generating again so you don't lose it.
Can I add a custom name or message in the portrait?

Yes. You can personalize your portrait with a name, nickname, date, or short message before generating your artwork.

Digital Portrait Delivery
How long does it take to receive my digital portrait?

Your portrait previews are generated in just a few minutes. After purchase, we professionally polish and enhance your selected portrait for the best quality and resolution. Your final digital portrait is then delivered by email within 10 minutes.
How will I receive my digital portrait?

Your selected portrait will be professionally polished and prepared in high resolution, then delivered directly to your email within 10 minutes after final polish.

Canvas Printing & Shipping
When does printing start?

Printing begins after your order is placed. Production typically takes 3–5 business days before shipment.
How long does canvas delivery take?

Canvas production typically takes around 3 business days.

After shipment, delivery usually takes:

• 4–8 business days within the United States

• 2–5 business days for Canada, UK and most european countries

If there is anything wrong with your delivered product, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
Do you offer refunds?

Because each portrait is 100% custom-made, we do not offer refunds once printing has started.

What if my canvas arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

  • The canvas
  • The packaging

Can I use my portrait however I want?

Yes.

Your portrait is yours — for personal use, gifts, or display.
Can you work from multiple photos?

Yes.

You can upload multiple photos for the person or people featured in the portrait. This can be:

• One photo containing all people and/or pets together
• Multiple photos showing each subject separately

If uploading multiple photos, please avoid including the same person's face more than once to help ensure the best possible result.
